How do I change my account details?

You can edit your account by going to “My Account”.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

You can request a new password by clicking on "forgot password". An email will be sent to you with instructions.

How do I subscribe to emails?

You can subscribe to emails by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage. As part of our mailing list, you will receive additional discounts, advance notice on sales, updates on vaccination distributions, and much more. We do not sell or give our mailing list to other companies or to our partners.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

You can unsubscribe through the link at the bottom of our emails.


ORDERS

What methods of payment do you accept?

Bloom + Grace accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Please note that we only accepted one form of payment per order. Your credit card will be charged upon order confirmation.

When I put something in my shopping bag, am I guaranteed I will receive the merchandise?

Placing something in your shopping bag does not guarantee you will receive the merchandise. You must press the purchase button at which point you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email help@bloomandgrace.com with your name, order number, and requested cancellation. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make changes. Please note once our warehouse has shipped an order, we are unable to reroute deliveries.

How will I know if my order was placed successfully?

Once the order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes. At this time, we do not offer gift-wrapping, however, all of our pieces are beautifully packaged with a card telling the Bloom + Grace story. If you would like us to send your item as a gift, please indicate this in the "Notes" section and let us know what you would like the note to say.

Can I buy Bloom + Grace product in a retail store?

Bloom + Grace is currently only available online through our branded e-commerce site.


SHIPPING

Through what carrier do your orders ship?

Bloom + Grace orders are shipped by USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. If you are interested in having an order shipped international, please contact us at help@bloomandgrace.com.

When will my order ship?

Standard orders generally ship within 1-3 business days. 

Does Bloom + Grace ship to multiple addresses for the same order?

Bloom + Grace does not currently ship to multiple addresses.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive a tracking number for your shipment once your items are shipped.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Bloom + Grace accepts returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Only unused and unworn items will be accepted. Please note original shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your warranty policy?

If any Bloom + Grace piece breaks due to design or manufacture defect within 60 days of your original purchase, Bloom + Grace will repair the piece free of charge or replace the piece subject to availability. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, loss, or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time.

How do I return my order?

To return your order, send an email to help@bloomandgrace.com and include your name, order number, and reason for return. We will get back to you with return instructions.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days to process your request. When your return has been processed, you will be notified by email. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 5-7 business days to post to your account.

If I return my items, does Bloom + Grace take away a vaccination from a child?

Bloom + Grace provides funding for vaccinations from each piece to our humanitarian partner only after our 30 day return period has passed. This ensures our vaccination tally and the funding provided accurately represent our customer contributions.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
